Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our digital software orders. Paddle processes payment data under strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. TR3D never stores or has access to your full credit card or sensitive financial details.

TR3D ("we", "our", or "us"), operating at threed.ma, is committed to safeguarding the personal privacy of users accessing our neural 3D CAD modeling software and cloud generation services. - Account Information: Your name, email address, and encrypted authentication credentials when you register for a TR3D account.
- Uploaded CAD & Image Assets: 2D sketches, concept art, and reference images uploaded for neural 3D geometry generation. We treat your creative assets as strictly confidential.
- Transaction & License Data: Purchase history, subscription status, and license tokens provided by Paddle to activate your software tier.
- Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction metrics to maintain cloud server performance and secure our endpoints.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data exclusively to:
- Provision and execute AI 2D-to-3D neural mesh synthesis and parametric CAD exports.
- Manage user accounts, authentication sessions, and cloud project storage.
- Communicate order updates, receipt verifications, and customer service responses.
- Prevent malicious traffic, automated scrapers, and denial-of-service attacks.
