Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TR3D web platform (accessible at https://threed.ma), creating an account, or purchasing digital software passes or subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Digital Services

TR3D provides a proprietary cloud-based artificial intelligence platform and 3D CAD modeling software suite designed for digital artists, engineers, product designers, and 3D creators:

• Neural 2D-to-3D CAD Generation: Deep learning mesh and parametric reconstruction tools that translate 2D concept images, sketches, and reference photos into 3D geometry.
• Interactive WebGL CAD Studio: Real-time 3D browser-based viewport for model inspection, wireframe analysis, and dimension verification.
• Multi-Format CAD Downloads: Instant export of production-ready digital 3D files in standard industry formats including STEP, STL, OBJ, GLTF/GLB, and 3MF.
• Cloud Workspace & API Access: Cloud storage for saved CAD projects, parametric history, and programmatic API endpoints for automated model synthesis.

3. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

All software subscriptions, generation credits, and digital CAD assets are delivered immediately and electronically:

• Upon successful payment via Paddle, your TR3D account is instantly credited with the purchased generation quota or software tier.
• Generated 3D files (STEP, STL, OBJ, GLTF) are made available immediately for download directly within your browser workspace or via download links.
• No physical delivery is required, offered, or fulfilled for any digital transaction.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Paddle Merchant of Record

When you purchase a subscription or digital credit pass on TR3D:

• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle collects payments, handles VAT/GST/sales tax, and provides official receipts.
• Billing Cycles: Recurring subscription plans (e.g. Pro CAD Studio, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled.
• One-Click Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your TR3D account settings or the Paddle customer receipt portal. Access remains active through the end of the current pre-paid period.
• Refund Rights: Digital purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 14-day refund guarantee for unused digital quotas.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

We respect intellectual property rights:

• Your Input Data: You retain 100% ownership and copyright over all 2D reference images, sketches, and proprietary concept art uploaded to the platform.
• Generated 3D Models: Upon generating and downloading 3D CAD files under an active subscription or pass, TR3D grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual commercial license to use, modify, render, and manufacture the resulting 3D geometry.
• Platform IP: TR3D and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the TR3D web application, neural algorithms, user interface, software code, and trademarks.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use TR3D for:

• Generating 3D models of illegal weapons, firearms, or harmful components prohibited by law.
• Violating third-party intellectual property or copyright without proper authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload our neural compute infrastructure.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The digital software and CAD models are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". TR3D and Paddle disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall TR3D or Paddle be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of digital files.
